PERSONAL
My professional and personal interests coalesce around fighting for justice and equity for oppressed and marginalized identities. I also like reading fantasy and equity-centered nonfiction, cooking, traveling, learning about new cultures and languages, falling down research rabbit-holes, helping others achieve their personal and professional goals, and encouraging everyone to spend at least a year or three in therapy. I love data and research, but also feelings and humanity. I am married to an amazing woman who is also my career coach, web designer, travel buddy, learning partner, and the best cheerleader anyone could ask for. I'm from Portland, Oregon and recently relocated to Washington, DC. I use they or she pronouns.
